About Me
Before becoming a massage therapist I worked for 15 years in health care as

an x-ray/CT scan technologist. With this comes a great deal of understanding about the human body in all of it's conditions. I wanted to put all my knowledge to a better use by becoming a massage therapist to really help people to feel better. I also hope to better educate my client to the importance of self care and just listening to their bodies more and bring that awareness to them through bodywork.
In my spare time I'm a very active and athletic individual. I still bicycle frequently, run, whitewater kayak, snowboard and various other activities. I've also experienced with all these sports many injuries. This to is another way for me to really connect and understand what my clients are going through. I've suffered from back pain, neck pain and had sciatica, so I really do understand those conditions and how to treat them. I've also learned the importance of self care and have seen for myself how beneficial massage can be for all of these conditions. Hence part of my inspiration for become a massage therapist, to hopefully help people to avoid surgery if possible. If not possibly be able to help aid in the recovery from such procedures.
I'm very excited to be living back in Colorado after moving all over the country as a traveling x-ray technologist for 5 years. I look forward to being surrounded by like minded individuals that love the great outdoors and being able to share my passion for massage with them.
