Cancellation:
Please give at least 12 hours notice if you can’t make it to our appointment. Exemptions for emergency cancellations are determined on a case by case basis. If you forget to call to cancel, you’ll still be financially responsible for the session. There will be a $20 fee for no show's without warning, which is very generous in this industry, most people & places charge the entire fee for the session.
Late Arrival:
Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If you’re running late, please note that you may not receive the fully allotted time of the scheduled session because an extension may not be possible.
Sickness:
If you happen to have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus or anything very contagious, please reschedule your appointment. Be gentle with yourself and stay in bed.
